Red Sea Safari - Egypt - Itinerary: Review of the most common routes. Which dive sites we choose depends on the divers wishes and experience, weather and sea condition. Northern Red Sea is possible to dive all the year round, but some routes have their own best season to find bigger fish or better weather.
1. Classic North, Northern Route From Hurghada. The most interesting sites of northern Red Sea: wrecks and coral reefs. Easy and cheap safari, suitable also for beginners. Possible all year round.
2. Tec-Wreck Safari - North From Sharm el Sheikh. together with our diving center PLANET DIVERS we have already great expieience with technical diving, blending any trimix and nitrox on the boat specially equipped for tec-diving: twinsets, stages, oxygen... Tec-Instructor and blender on board. For Advanced Nitrox Diver, Technical Diver, Extended Range Diver, Trimix Diver. Tec-courses possible. Trip includes wrecks (Rosalie Muller, Carnatic, Dianis, Thistlegorm) and deep sites on ras Mohamed and Tiran Strait. Possible all year round.
3. Central Route (Safaga Route) From Hurghada. The most interesting sites between Hurghada and Safaga: wrecks and coral reefs. Easy and cheap safari, suitable also for beginners. Possible all year round.
4. South, Southern Route - Marsa Alam From Marsa Ghaleb or Marsa Alam. Includes famous reefs from Elphinstone, Dolphin Reef - Sataya until Fury Shole near Hamata south from Marsa Alam. Some sites needs more diving experience. Possible all year round.
5. Deep South: St. John`s Reefs Embarkation is usually in Hamata (100 km south from Marsa Alam), althou it is possible to start from Marsa Ghaleb or Marsa Alam as well, but it is too far. During this itinerary it is possible to visit most sites between Hamata and St. Johns Reef: Satayah, FuryShole with famous Claudia Reef, Sirnaka Island, other famous reefs and of course St. Johns Reef.
6. Deep South: St. John`s + Abu Fendera Itinerary similar to No. 5 St Johns, included egyptian most southern reefs, near border. There are Embarkation is usually in Hamata (100 km south from Marsa Alam), althou it is possible to start from Marsa Ghaleb or Marsa Alam as well, but it is too far. During this itinerary is possible to visit most sites between Hamata and St. Johns Reef: Satayah, FuryShole with famous Claudia Reef, Sirnaka Island and other famous reefs.
7. The Best of Red Sea: Elphinstone, Daedalus, Zabargad, Rocky, St. Johns From Marsa Ghaleb, after check dive directly to Elphinstone, next day Daedalus, than Zabargad and Rocky, where you can stay longer, if you visited St. Jons before.
8. Brothers Islands From Hurghada or Marsa Ghaleb. Brothers Island belongs to the best dive spots in the Red Sea. The best time to visit is from April to November. In winter time there are usually big waves and less sharks as well.
9. Brothers Islands + Daedalus Island From Hurghada or Marsa Ghaleb.
10. Marine Park Islands Tour (Brothers, Daedalus, Zabargad, Rocky) From Hurghada or Marsa Ghaleb. During one or two weeks we can visit all islands like Brothers Islands, Daedalus, Zabargad and Rocky Island and some other dive sites near the shore.
